Grants Strategy Group Coaching

Our Grants Strategy Cohort Program:

Is designed for leaders of small nonprofits who do not have professional fundraising staff
Walks you through a simple and effective 6-week Grants Strategy curriculum designed specifically to address the unique strengths and challenges of small nonprofits
Teaches you the knowledge, skills, and systems to support winning grants and long lasting relationships with foundation donors
Ensures you complete the program with all key deliverables you need to be successful with grants
Requires only 75 minutes of your time per week for live sessions with minimal outside requirements
Provides additional access to 60 minutes of expert consulting support per week (Office Hours) to answer individual questions and support your unique grants challenges
Offers one-on-one support over email throughout the program

A 12-month Grants Calendar that prioritizes your top prospects

Our next session will run from September 14 - October 23, 2026
You can expect to commit 75 minutes for virtual group coaching sessions each week for a period of 6 weeks
We will host open Office Hours for 60 minutes each week for participants to bring specific questions and challenges to our team of experts
We will aim to complete the vast majority of key deliverables in session and will limit outside work to simple forms that help us understand your organization better
